A Panel on Wellness & Mental Health in Activism

We are excited to share that we co-hosted a "Mental Health and Wellness in Activism" panel on Thursday, May 5 with the National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA) Communications and Health Committee!

This amazing, insightful panel was moderated by John Nguyen-Yap, MSW of the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO). Panelists, including Sina Uipi of Empowering Pacific Islander Communities (EPIC), Melody Li, LMFT of Inclusive Therapists and Mental Health Liberation, and Phun H of Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC), shared their views on best practices to maintain one’s health and wellness as one engages in activism and the intersections with #AAPI identity.
