Join Us as the ASHAAA Community & Social Media Specialist!

ASHAAA DESCRIPTION

A Safe Haven for Asians and Asian Americans (ASHAAA) is a volunteer-run team. We created an anti-discrimination website (ashaaa.org) with curated information that helps visitors identify discrimination, seek mental health support, file civil rights complaints in 50 U.S. states, and connect with community and professional organizations.

Created after the rise in Asian American directed hate crimes, ASHAAA.org aims to provide information and advocacy that is most up-to-date, easily accessible, compelling, and effective in contemporary forms. Our most recent project was a grant-funded burnout prevention toolkit created for managers in AANHPI organizations to reduce employee burnout. We are passionate about social justice issues impacting our communities and hope you are too!
